According to Russian labor laws, an employment agreement is concluded as a result of an agreement between an employee and an employer. In accordance with The Russian Labor Code, an individual employment agreement must be executed with each particular employee. Legislation stipulates that a non-written agreement is considered unduly executed. Any amendments to an employment agreement agreed upon by the parties must also be in writing according to The Labor Code.
