Know-how : my experience encompasses key managerial actions such as talent management, turn-around, rationalization, business development, including external growth, and starting-up, as well as managing relations with international shareholders and top managers. Examples of recent achievements include: ➢ turn-around : over a four-year period I managed the recovery of EBITDA from -15% back to +20% after rationalization, the implementation of a new business model and a revised product/customer mix, a re-organization plan, and the recruitment of new key skill-sets; ➢ sales development : over a five-year period, we multiplied annual intake of new orders by a factor of 3.9 ➢ management of a full-change project: a program aimed at improving and reinvigorating the whole business; ➢ growth by acquisition: the identification of relevant targets, approach, negotiation, share purchase agreement, legal & tax integration, merger of operations; ➢ new venture: business planning, legal framework, product launch, marketing and sales strategy, recruitment, operations, reporting.
