Currently the Group Managing Director at a leading Group based in Dubai ,that has three major divisions ( Energy Group, Trading and Industrial Group & Real Estate and Technology Group). Each division has a number of companies that compliments each other. Total group yearly turnover USD 2 Billion, with total employees of 5200. Sam has been appointed as the Group Managing Director . due to his extensive management experience in boosting the profits and leading companies on the ladder of success in a short time frame, his distinguished knowledge in corporate strategies new business ventures and developments, combined of his exceptional track record of success in start-ups, building, growing and leading a profitable organization entitled him of such position within this Group. Sam in a short period has signed Joint Ventures Agreements with various top International Companies in the Civil Construction, Project Management, Facilities Management, EPC Power and Oil /Gas fields. Furthermore expanding the Group operation into Saudi Arabia, Libya, Algeria and Iraq where revenue was increased by 30% in the first year. Sam practically started up PERNIX Construction & Power Company. Started up the Dubai, UAE branch office with expansion through out the GCC Region in EPC Power and Construction Contractor in Civil works and High Rise Towers Through joint ventures, Merger & Acquisitions. His achievements as The Managing Director of the company in the Middle East Region were recognized by the shareholders where the turnover of his last employment Year 2007 exceeded USD 350 Million. Sam is a known person in the Energy Field in the USA, appointed as The Director – Industrial Divisions at Gordon Piatt Energy Group he was the person behind the success of the Industrial Group domestically and Internationally in Lump - Sum EPC Projects, for straight Nine years the Group showed continuous profit growth, where Year 2000 turnover surpassed $ 1 Billion USD. Sam is a US Citizen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from USA, and a Masters of Science in Management Engineering from USA. He is an active member and speaker in several International Associations (ASME, ASEM, AMA, CMAA, IPAA, APPA and API).
