Major Achievements

Founder and CEO of a company and also one of the major shareholders. The company is a network operator that builds and maintains wireless networks for internet access on the following frequencies: 1.9 GHz, 2.5-2.7 GHz and 3.5 GHz. It cooperates with companies in telecommunications which are licensed for these frequencies. The company follows a business model that focuses on maintenance of network and the ability to offer expanded networks to wireless broadband users. Users then enter into contract with service providers active in the network. Thus, it does not work in direct contact with users, cooperates with service providers. At the beginning of ATENIT’s operations and in order to expand and develop the company I was able to raise funds for over 11.5 million dollars. I Also developed the business concepts, business plans, investment plans and financial models for wireless broadband. I also negotiated cooperation agreements with Tele2 and Telenor as content providers in our network. I also signed an agreement with Tele2 for utilizing their 3.5 GHz licence in Sweden. During the negotiations with suppliers I was able to achieve the lowest prices in the market for UTS and IP-wireless equipments even if we were a relatively small company at the time. Also during my time in the company I closed a 20 M-Euro contract with a region of Sweden for Broadband.
