Foreign experiences mainly with European, Asian (South East Asia), Eastern European and American business partners. Restructuring after bankrupcy, member of board, >30 people, 100 mio € revenue, reorganisation of sales / marketing. Turnaround / change with growth and sustainable sales figures, EBITA... after a restructuring as Managing director DACH.
