Restructuring process closed on time, new organisation and change of supply chain processes for new sites in Canada, France and Australia. Cost savings of near EUR 5.0m for FY17, another EUR 2.5m for FY18. Winning new customers, establish internal Academy with new educational program, consolidation of IT Systems, centralisation and roll-out of new ERP system, within budget, on time.
