Assignment: General Manager to oversee the two French subsidiaries & factories (total consolidated turnover of +20M€ and +100 people) of an international group headquartered in the UK.
Objectives: In addition to be responsible for the overall success and growth of the business in France, the General Manager will have to:
– Optimize the production lines
– Review the mix products strategy (internal production versus third parties procurement)
– Implement a collaborative management style
– Implement an effective digital marketing strategy
