Vetting process for our international executive search

Only the candidates who successfully complete our selection and qualification process are iCEO™-certified and will be offered interim manager or permanent executive positions and/or coaching or consulting assignments matching their respective experience and expectations. Any candidates registered as an iCEO Investor during the certification process will also be offered management assignments where the executive position can be combined with a suitable investment opportunity.

The vetting process in four steps

Step II - Application and iCEO™ Certification Process

  • First step: CV & achievement approval
  • Second step: CEO Worldwide application form approval

Step III – Screening before candidates are invited for an interview with a client

  • Telephone Interviews or/and face to face meetings with CEO Worldwide executive recruiters
