Acquisition of assets (patents and know-how for entrained flow gasification technology for coal, biomass, chemical & refinery residues and waste) from bankruptcy proceedings of one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Germany, developed the corporate business plan, worldwide marketing & sales, research & development, market strategy. Company was later sold to Siemens.
