With 35 years selling (20 in IBM) Pete is an accomplished interim sales turnaround specialist who can develop both new sales teams and lead large seasoned groups, selling both in public sector (in the UK, NHS and local government authorities) as well as the private sector.
His most fulfilling roles have been leading turn-arounds for IBM Eastern Europe, where he focused on sales team and organisational development (managed 125 people as a third line manager), restructuring of administrative, operations, and training processes and mentoring of local management to take over on his departure. He also played a key role as a partner in a technology start-up concluding with a successful trade sale.
