During my work in Cadbury I am very proud of my efforts in leading two big integrations of Cadbury North Africa and Cadbury MENA .The huge HR job during two years made a business transformation that massively improved our financial results i.e. enormous growth of NSV and outstanding enhancement of Trading Margin. Talent management and employer branding activities are in the middle of our heart .Attraction, Development and retention of talent within an extraordinary healthy environment led us to win . My great HR team not only led a mammoth organizational transformation but also impressed our partners being one of the most efficient teams amongst Cadbury entities across the world by 0.6 % HR cost over NSV and by dedicating 1 HR colleague in support of each 90 employees.
