I enjoy the energy of start-ups and have contributed to successfully launching 2 of them. One was sold for EUR 1.5 billion after less than 3 years, the other is now fully funded with USD 1.2 billion. Have also run a EUR 3.5 billion IPO. Am proud of the fact that the secret to my success has been the way in which I get people to work together to achieve goals which at first seem impossible.
