I am a proactive leader in senior management roles with broad experience in Strategic Planning, Operations, P&L Management, Quality, organizational effectiveness and HR. I have many years of international board level involvement, and broad international experience in operational, commercial, strategic and financial management in the logistics sector, as well as consulting experience.
Identified, launched, and managed all aspects from start up of a logistics company. Recruited, selected and trained executive team members. Developed annual budget and operating plan. Increased revenues by 3.3 M over 2, 5 year period. Managed all facets of of the Portuguese subsidiary, including full P&L responsibility. Developed and implemented a comprehensive reengineering . This resulted in annual savings in excess of $1.6 million, and a revenue lift of 4 ½ percent.
