Sponsorship and implementation of global programs. - Strategy and successful turnaround of a BU: margin and operational performance improvement through the transformation of the client relationship model, resource re-organization and a sharp focus on added value and client profitability. - Defined and deployed the group’s Corporate Responsibility strategy (global operations in EMEA, Americas & Asia), audit and corporate sustainability reporting. - Country Management office: strategic projects addressing key corporate development targets (innovation, regional development, business transformation). - BU strategy, business planning & transformation. Complete re-organization of the business, enhanced market focus, performance and productivity improvement. Enhancement of the offering’s added value and stronger sales approach, reshaped organizational structure supported by a system of integrated management policies. Significantly improved economic performance. - Interim COO in a 25+ Mio € service deal with high public / media awareness & political involvement, defined the service, selected the provider, led contract negotiations and legal issues. Chaired the management committee responsible for service roll-out and stabilization (100+ people from multiple parties, 50+ projects, 10.000+ client base). - Executive consultant with sucessful experience working with Fortune Global 500 corporations.
