Recently (2011/12) led the guaranteed (VA) product development and delivery teams at a major Dutch insurer to initiate set-up of a European product development hub in Ireland. Led multi-disciplined teams of business managers and IT development staff. Over the past 10 years, I have managed budgets up to $40 million and teams of up to 150 reports.
