Successfully established operations in Hong Kong and PRC JV with PRC partners in telecommunications and real estates developments. Revitalized the operation of a local TV and media company with over 2,000 employees and an operation budget of over HK$300 million in 1991. Handled and solved complex commercial crime and other serious crime cases whilst serving in the police force.
