MD/CEO of various local and multi-national companies operated in the fields of media, IT and telecommunications, energy and investment sectors for over 16 years. Served the Police Force for over 13 years and last posted as the Head of Interpol.
Handled cases concerning complex commercial and family trust disputes with local and UKQCs and cases at the Hong Kong Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal level. Successfully established operations in Hong Kong and PRC JV with PRC partners in telecommunications and real estates developments. Revitalized the operation of a local TV and media company with over 2,000 employees and an operation budget of over HK$300 million in 1991. Handled and solved complex commercial crime and other serious crime cases whilst serving in the police force.
