Facilitated incremental growth in organizational revenue, from $15M to $35M within two years and heading to $50M in 2010 by restructuring the company’s business model and strategic focus. Integrated Security and Exchange/Sarbanes-Oxley (SEC/SOX)-compliant reporting and control systems as preparation for IPO that streamlined the operations in the areas of accounting, engineering and support services in lower-cost Argentina, as well as achieved the first on-time and zero adjustments and deficiencies BDO audit. Positioned the company to ultimately be purchased by a PE firm for $120M.
