Manager with a deep knowledge of Sales, Production and Purchasing processes, able to invent, plan and implement change and innovation in Manufacturing companies (mainly in Automotive and Industrial Equipment industries).

Major Achievements

• direct management of operative-commercial planning of all Markets within the Region • Sustainability and Consistency guarantee of Commercial Plans by early-warnings generations to alert top management including the CEO of the Group, in case of deviation • management of complete KPI panel on every commercial area, including Economics, plan stability, etc. and production allocation optimization and finite product stock management with the aim to secure optimal level of Sales & Operations Plan • supporting Supply Chain and Industrial departments in order to balance Markets request on different models, in compliancy with constrains and production capacity • direct responsibility of Commercial Budget and support to New Products Planning (mid-long term). Team of 15 resources (o/w 3 direct reports). Business size of the Region can be summarized in 1,4 Mio units (passenger cars + light commercial vehicles) sold in LY, with revenues higher than 10 Billion € at global level
