My previous functions required not only marketing and sales knowledge, but also production management, financial and legal proficiency. I defined the market requirements a E2E and M2M solution for Global Visibility for the complete Supply Chain Management: from production to the end user. Identification and authentication of products using several technologies, like RFID, Tagant, 2D bare codes, etc.. The solution defines the tasks and responsibilities of each stakeholder, such as: which documents should be added to the file, which records should be removed from the file and what other documents must be sent to which stakeholder This solution includes the software application, the hardware specification for RFID sensors, real time transport tracking & monitoring.
