Achieved a win rate of 1 in 2.3 and growth in sales performance from £28m in 2014, to £91m in 2015 and finally £122m in 2016 (ISS) • Through the inception of a CRM team, built and maintained a pipeline of engaged opportunities at four times the required growth revenue to support a win rate of better than 1:4 (ISS and Mitie) • Created a destination for top talent attracting people from across the industry who wanted to join a high performing team with a great culture (MITIE &ISS) • Selected for a global leadership programme (ISS) • Following the launch of a CNPS programme, moved the score 16 points during the first three months of customer engagement • Defined the market offering and go to market strategy, considering desirable markets, company strengths and corporate long-term agenda (MITIE)
