- Worked in General Motors North America as Expat (ISP) from General Motors Technical Center India (GMTCI) for more than 4 years responsible for Developing and implementing Global Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) Strategy. The key goals achieved are optimizing and balancing Global CAE workload without increase in the budget - Managed $75M annual budget for a global CAE headcount of 1450 - Worked at GM Korea as Body and Exterior Launch issue resolution point of contact (IRT Co Chair) to resolve any launch issues for Chevy Spark/Beat (Global Mini Program) for Korea and India variants at their respective plants (Changwon and Talegaon) - Moved to GM Europe for building a Body and Exteriors CAE team at GMTCI to support OPEL’s Astra, Corsa and Vectra - Reassigned to EASi USA at Madison Heights office to support GM and TOYOTA programs in the area of Crash and Safety Directed: o Global CAE objectives and supporting initiatives management o Global CAE resource management of 1450 engineers o GMNA CAE head count & budget management of approximately $75 Millions o GMNA CAE bundled services budget management of approximately $1.8 Millions
