I led a programme of culture change, working alongside the Group Chairman elect. This transformed the human capital approach (recruitment, development, reward, leadership) radically improving organisational ability to hire/place talent and maximise collective contribution. It enabled development and growth of insurance product lines relating to: cyber-crime, structured financial products, autonomous vehicles, health tech & data science.
