I am a highly experienced Senior Executive / Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrable track record in developing and implementing international and domestic growth strategies, establishing a presence in new markets, ultimately promoting business expansion.
The Conversion Group identified the United States as its target market for major growth. As newly appointed Chief Executive Officer I led this business growth strategy. I evaluated market saturation and product offering; developed buy and build strategy; identified multiple businesses as suitable for M&A; led due diligence alongside CFO, Investment Director and legal advisors; and led integration into group structure. I succeeded in leading the business through 15 acquisitions increasing revenues to $30m resulting in 70% of group revenues coming from newly created US business.
