I) Selection of the candidate: 100% free of charge, no retainer, no exclusivity
- Executive briefing with client (phone or face to face)
- Mandate search set up on our platform
- Selection of 20 to 30 certified candidates matching the general criteria
- Confidential submission, via our platform, of the permanent job or interim assignment offer to the first selection of candidates
- First shortlist of 4 to 6 candidates after having assessed thoroughly their respective records and internal information
- Candidates short list submission to our client for review (including CV in English, specific pitch for the job, 2 references, availability, financial expectations, potential expert papers and/or business case video done by the candidates)
- Candidates short list feedback session with our client
- Organisation of interviews with the candidates selected by our client (video call and/or face to face interviews)
If no candidate is recruited, no executive recruitment fees will apply.
II) Recruitment of the candidate
- Permanent placement:
- We invoice a fixed commission specific by region and unique for any executive salary when the candidate joins the company.
- Interim placement:
- We invoice a fixed commission specific by region and unique for any candidate’s monthly rate at the end of each month during the interim assignment.
- Interim to permanent:
- If our candidate moves to a permanent position during the first 9 months of his/her interim assignment, a fixed fee will apply.
- Permanent with investment:
- If our candidate invests financially in the company he/she joins, specific terms will apply.
