Major Achievements

Appointed to the board by this Perth-based publicly-listed (ASX) energy company to advise on strategy, operations, governance and compliance matters. As part of a specially created task-force team, developed a completely new corporate growth strategy - plotting and managing a new path from “bit part player” in the Solar Power industry to “recognised leader” in the Indonesian Shale Oil & Gas industry.  Managed / Oversaw a key SGX acquisition as part of the repositioning  Achieved a successful re-listing on the ASX with 6x improved market cap.
