The R&D organization includes:
• over 200 engineers between specification, development & tests (internal, contractors, GOC)
• Approx. 20 different product lines with different technologies (>15, web, client/server, …) – Several releases maintained for each product
• Different maturity level across the organization
• Different Dev methodology (from V cycle to full Agile)
• CMMI background


Objectives: Audit the existing R&D organization (from specification to test) and recommend a common model (or adjust model to context) for organization, tools, processes, and build a plan to support the organization during the company current growing phase.
Duration: 3 months
