Assignment: This position will be managing HR operations of an international healthcare Group for Southern Europe region.
Objectives: - Establish the internal HR rules and procedures in accordance with Group’s guideline in 3 direct reporting countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal) representing 1450+ employees.
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource management functions including payroll
- Have ownership for various HR projects proposed by the Group HQ
