The certification process is run 100% in English and is entirely managed by our centralized, internal HR department. It includes CV screening, application form completion, 2 references checking and individual interviews relating to specific executive recruitment offers.

The main selection criteria are:

  • Successful entrepreneurial and managerial track record
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years professional and international experience
  • Highly educated with often MBA or PHD qualification
  • Fluent in English and another language
