Over 30+ years of complex commercial, R&D and industrial cross-borders acquisitions and joint ventures. Initiated and executed various greenfield projects in multinational and multi-cultural environments. Successfully negotiated and started record multi-billion contracts including technology transfer. Major Achievements

Development of rail OEM in India through a record multi-billion € complex contract as CEO and Chairman of the Board: - A record contract of $ 6.5 Bn is signed with Indian Railways in 2023, while the group had no presence in the country 12 months before. - I secure the project operational requirements with the set-up of strategic sourcing, Project Management Office and local Engineering center, handover of a factory and design of the country biggest rail maintenance depot. I also launch an ERP, PLM-CAD tools, support functions and procedures as well as negotiation and setup of major agreements. - What I’m the proudest of, is having led the setup of a multicultural team with founding the greenfield organization while delivering a complex project and preparing the transfer to a long-term operational project team.
