Within one week, you will receive a free first selection of in-house vetted international interim managers with their respective CV, pitch, references, monthly fee expectation, and availability.

Once you have selected the interim managers fitting your requirements, we will organize the interviews (Skype/Zoom and/or face to face). If you wish to hire one of the interviewed executives, we will send you our standard interim management assignment agreement. You can choose between two different options:

You manage the interim management contract directly

If you choose this option, we apply our permanent placement fee fixed by region at the beginning of the international interim management assignment. This frees you from any further obligations towards CEO Worldwide and allows you to directly manage your interim manager (for instance extending, modifying or stopping the assignment at any time, as well as offering a permanent position to the interim executive at any given time) without any further cost.

We handle the contractual side of the interim management assignment for you

We set up and manage the back to back agreements (the agreement between you and CEO Worldwide, and the one between the selected interim manager and CEO Worldwide). Once the two agreements are signed, we will proceed with the payment of the interim manager at the end of each month, and we invoice you the individual fee of the interim manager (including fiscal, social and other employment charges) as well as our monthly interim assignment fee by region.

There would be no administrative burden for you. Our standard interim management agreement includes a 7 day notice period. This allows you to stop the assignment at any time and without any additional cost or potential liabilities towards the interim manager. Should you wish to turn the interim management assignment into a permanent position, a fee, calculated from the digressive percentage of the annual gross salary will be charged by CEO Worldwide. (Except if the candidate is being recruited permanently after a 12 months assignment period. In that case, no further fee will apply.)
