Developed and implemented a 5-year strategy plan to “rebrand, reposition and evolve” the existing primary healthcare centres in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi (UAE) into Ambulatory Healthcare Centres reflecting the evolving economic conditions as well as socio-cultural and political developments in the country. Managed 50 outpatient clinics, primary healthcare centres, ambulatory healthcare centres and specialty services with over a 1000 staff. Grew clinic patient volumes by 33% and tripled gross revenues within 2 years of management.
