Major Achievements

Took over a stagnant medium sized group of companies as COO and not only raised the profile of the group I initiated several incentives to motivate staff in to performing better as there was a lack of morale within main operating functions. At the same time I took the group in to other sectors to add more diverse functions which could also cross sell within our own group. This helps keep money within the group while giving further opportunities for work winning across the group. Two the new ventures were making a very health net profit at the end of their 1st year. I managed five direct reports. The total turnover was taken from $1oom to $135m with increased GP margins in all companies under my control. Client satisfaction was greatly increased through basic engagement and feedback which had not been happening previously.
