Set the strategic vision. • Operationally and financially led the Integration 2 large business (Total 6,000, £2Bn, 32 sites) post-acquisition, setting the strategic 10-year business plan, restructuring, and securing £100m savings over 3 years (£30m in year 1). A further £50m in savings were identified.
