- CTO for division with $1.2 to 3.5 Billion annually. - Managed up to ~ 50 people directly Worldwide - Responsible for Technology strategy for up to 6500 R&D - Changed the industry ~ 10 times (new technology, standards, market, product) - Closed a 10 Billion USD deal - More than 275 patents (granted and pending) including key widely licensed ones - Numerous papers and conference calls + standard contributions. - Transformed and turned around HP/HPE/Micro Focus ITOM portfolio from legacy ~ 50 products to 5 cloud native modern suites, able to fight off competitions and available on-premise, in cloud or on Kubernetes platforms (e.g. CNCF Vanilla, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKS, ...). Can be offered single tenants or multi-tenant for Enterprise, SaaS providers and MSP. - Shares a lot of his time with R&D (30% as Chief Architect) as well as (30%) with the field, customers and Industry activities to then contribute technical strategies (30%) or even disruptive innovations brought to market (10% AdTech/Research).
