The Asia area responsibility comprised among others India, China and South East Asia. With reference to the board, I was P&L responsible for turnaround from loss making to become profitable through innovation, efficiency and consolidation as well as additional sales and new business from untapped markets and customer segments. As Business Director in staff function to SVP, managing 2 people directly and 20 people in-directly, responsible for three-digit million EUR turnover in sales, I have had the global responsibility for doubling sales over 3 years. As Consultant covered and provided wide support and input for strategic decisions. As Sales Manager for Africa covering the commercial responsibility of sales, marketing, business development, incl investmetns for the African continent
