Major Achievements

While deployed as Founder CEO/CFO in software and internet retail I succesfully initiated partner networks, raised funds(€ 2.500.000), organized private placements( € 2.500.000),trade sales and accompanied IPOs. Among the CEO/CFO positions I held, I was CEO of an international Internet book reseller which had its IPO in 10/99. I was Founder CEO/CFO of a software company and chairman of an IT investment fund, which was sold in 2000 to an international publisher holding. Furthermore I was deployed as interim CFO in the software industry. I possess an excellent international financing network which includes all major international Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds. All companies I managed employed 20 to 60 people.
