China Business Plan: Plan in place and approved to grow the Chinese business from 30 Million US$ (2004) to 100 Million US$ (2008). Plan included acquisition proposals, Joint Venture establishments and development of indirect channels to market. Achievement : SKU reduction from 11,000 to 3,000. 30 Million Euro profitability impact as VP Change Management in Europe. Global annual turnover increased from 300 Million US$ in 1998 to 450 Million US$ in 2003 as VP of Global Business Development.
