This involved raising raising funding and creating international alliances and partnerships. Within the Exchange we started many new businesses, from infrastructure development to new trading-markets

Restructuring the exchange and implementing the new strategy. Market turnover increased from Euro 0.8trillion when I took over to approx Euro 2trillion in 2008. I manage approx 70 people. The business has remained successful through the credit crunch
