Land acquisition contract, building permit, design, management work.  Supervised real estate projects of over 800 million € for Catinvest, Trigranit, AFI Europe, GTC Romania, Jupiter Group, Cora, Carrefour , Auchan, Praktiker  Negotiated and signed lease contracts with major anchor tenants : Cora, Carrefour, Auchan, Baumaxx, Praktiker, Obi, Mobexpert, Media Galaxy, Flanco.  Agreed and signed more than 200 lease contracts for tenants in several shopping centers: Romania and Hungary  Sucessfully attracting new franchises as tenants of shopping centers and Galleries in new markets: La Martina, Eden-Park, Wolford, Aubade  Managed a team of 80 collaborators in differents countries.
