Experience

The last 2 years, I was a senior financial advisor in financial analysis, capital-increase & strategic development. In 2001, I was the CEO & CFO of a marketing-software consulting company. Before that, was a senior consultant in strategy for the board of the Credit Lyonnais Bank. In 1997 I was the Director of CTS an IT company, and in 1996 I worked as a senior manager for the US State Department.

I have a strong knowledge in Management, in Corporate Strategy and in Corporate Finance (P&L, DCF, NPV, IRR, EVA).
