Major Achievements

Orchestrated the group organization development initiative comprising the following modules: Corporate Strategies, Business Strategies and Business Plan, Corporate Governance, Organization Structure and Management System, Business Process Modeling and Optimization (BPMO), Policies and Procedures Manuals (PPMS) development, HR Management System design and development, ERP Program (project framework development).  Took the group manufacturing section through an IPO expected in the 1st quarter of 2007 to be approved by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).  A comprehensive financial restructuring took place to ensure no debts on the balance  Restructured the group into 6 companies that resulted in increasing the net worth of the business by 50%. A comprehensive restructuring took place on the legal, organization, and management fronts.  Articulate strategies and detailed 5 year business plans for each of the 6 subsidiaries, as well as the holding company.  Installed elaborate governance for the group and the family with a legal framework.  Reduced bank finance charges by over $10 Million per annum due to restructuring of finance vehicles.  Successfully supervised the approval process designing 2 major real estate projects, a resort city, and a high-rise office complex with a large hotel and high-end shopping center.  Established a complete and comprehensive HR and administrative policies and procedures that cover the following business modules: Corporate Strategy, HR Strategy, Job Analysis & Description, Authorities and Responsibilities, Compensation and Benefits, Motivation and Incentives, Recruitment and Selection System, Regulation and Internal System, Performance Appraisal, HRD, and Administrative Reform.
