Significant achievements to date include; • Leading the development and implementation of a large trading group in Saudi Arabia with major national employers. The projects’ size were more than 3 Billion SAR. • Developing internal systems and monitoring controls for sub contractors including measuring performance and identifying risk at an early stage. The system helped improve quality and delivery and resulted in a 20% increase in targets from the previous year. • Managing several teams working with staff to deliver over 50 separate projects in the past 5 years.
