During my most recent job as CEO, President of a company in Ecuador was able to conduct based on a motivational leadership style a complete transformation of this family owned company from a Sales level of Us$ 65MM and a PAT loss of Us$ of 0,4 M in 2003 to a 2006 OP net sales level of Us$90MM and a positive PAT of Us$ 5.8MM. From one very old single confectionery plant to a state of the art equipment and facilities upgrade in Quito - Ecuador, incorporating a new chocolate factory, bougth a candies company in Cali Colombia and increased production capacity in Lima - Peru, with this agressive business plan exports from Ecuador covered 42 countries on 5 continents. Initial headcount from 883 people in 2003 to an approx 3000 in 2006. Motivation, clear strategic business recovery plan and goal getting.
