• Having worked with top tier Developers and Contractors, Dubai Holding, ALDAR, Portman Holding, Samsung, UE Group. • Establish ownership and accountability with the BOD with quick wins in prioritising income and increasing brand awareness • Part of the team that developed the strategy to take private entity into a public corporation, the largest IPO, in UAE history. • Established new business ventures and managed a Joint venture entity with a large Intl Contractor. • Delivered 5,000 apartments, 2 marinas, 200,000 Grade A& B office, 6,000,000sqm of infrastructure, 70,000sqm Retail, 2 hotels, retail mall acquisition/disposal. • Completed a re-structure of an organization from a Project Management function to Real Estate development. • Obtaining board and shareholder approval of the 5 year business plan with an increased pipeline from SAR740M to 4Bn. • Providing a visionary plan & implementation of the 20 million sq/m land bank strategy, over a 5, 10 & 15 yr period. • Establish a partnership with KSA largest Real estate fund manager to establish private funds for mid-market hotels, middle to low residential developments (capped at SAR400M), and a 1.5million sq/m land deal as the preferred developer. • Delivered and completed the pre-construction strategy and design on the 12,000,000sqm master plan and infrastructure
