Successfully commissioned 4 Brown Field Projects & 2 Green Field Projects within Budget and achieved targeted output. 3. • During my tenure at Jyothy Labs,Post acquisition of Henkel India brands and plants, travelled across India to assess strength and weakness of complex CFA system of Henkel and commission system of Jyothy labs and consolidated to a unified CFA system under one roof of Jyothy Labs and there by achieved 3% savings on overall NSV.
