France – Germany / M&A (Industrial project) After a German acquisition team’s very direct negotiation style was perceived as aggressive by French sellers, I was brought in to help adapt the communication and pacing. Negotiations then resumed on a more constructive basis, and the deal progressed. Germany - North Africa / Collaboration (Industrial project) I mediated between a German engineering team and a North African client during the construction of a large industrial complex. After closing the deal, the client wanted to be part of the project. The German team just wanted to deliver.
