I am an experienced ESG specialist, focusing on strategy creation, implementation, and communication. Embedded the need to have a sustainable approach, from an environmental and social perspective with robust governance and verified targets in place. Established and launched an ESG unit which also included a centre of excellence on reporting and disclosures to capture outcomes and impact.

Major Achievements

Improved ranking of FTSE100 company from 7th to 3rd in top 20 peer companies, used by investors to make decisions. Established and expanded largest healthcare access programme across 19 countries in Africa, delivering over 40 million interventions, reducing cost per intervention from $10 to $0.50. Launched first in call product globally setting pricing strategy and launch sequencing. Managed own P&L, setting short , medium and long term strategies with budgets exceeding $50m. Lead and manged a global team, including coaching and development, supporting succession planning.
