Through my innovative leadership and a cooperative team approach, the design and operating budgets for a number of complex projects were met or substantially reduced. I have also successfully recovered a number of severely delayed & financially troubled major projects on behalf of my Asian and Middle Eastern clients. My career progression has included Development and Project management of large and diverse facilities from the Project Inception, Financing stages, to the creation of computerized facilities management and personnel training systems for completed facilities.
