• In charge of all global sales activities of the company, including its charter and brokerage divisions • Management of IT department and the development of sales and marketing software applications. • Responsible for all international operations- Identification, development and direction of the implementation of business strategies and management of business expansion plans. • Lead the commercial sales and revenue strategy and key commercial programs through the development of strategy, planning and delivery across various product lines and AOC s. • Ensuring that end to end design, delivery, sale and support processes and plans are established for each key product and market segment for the individual AOC s. • Recruit, select and develop Direct Reporting Staff through coaching, training and experience. • Establish mechanisms to continuously monitor progress towards the achievement of business strategies and key business activities. • Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies. • Report to shareholders/parent board on organizational plans and performance. • Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence. • Establish, manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets. • Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements. • Responsible for total profit and loss of corporation with annual revenues of 80Million US$. • Manage global fleet operation of 15 Aircrafts in constant operation and Business development for commercial and nonprofit customers. • Responsible for the total re-structuring and re-location of the company. • Senior Interface to all governmental agencies and heads of departments/State. • Manage 180 employees (permanent staff) and additional free lace contractors. • Instruct management in business practices. • Lead operations in Kenya, Angola, Uganda and the Congo. • Key liaison to UN and MONUC operations. • Responsible for strategic planning and execution of corporate initiatives such as setting up a foreign AOC and fleet expansions. • Draft agreements and contracts. • Responsible for developing and executing international business and marketing strategies for new products and business areas. • Team leader of a cross functional work team (members include the Directors of Marketing and Engineering, the chief engineer, members of the marketing department and the CEO), to identify and develop new products and business opportunities for Litef world wide. • Key liaison to senior management and Corporate Headquarters responsible to coordinate and manage all international sales and marketing activities. • Manage all new market and business analyses for potential sales, product developments as well as merger and acquisitions. • Sr. lead for defining and implementing future customer relationship management (CRM) requirements and tools for all global marketing sectors at Litef. • Company expert (SME) for commercial/military aviation applications and Unmanned Systems. • Received 6sigma Training for marketing applications. • Consult management on Strategic questions and planning initiatives for new products and markets as SME responsibilities include development and execution of sales pursuit strategies. • Prepare / deliver presentations and provide reports to management and business partners. • Model program requirements, resources, budgets and program control mechanisms. • Primary management interface between Litef and customer IPT’s (Integrated Product Teams). • Present program briefings to company and customer management and other customer representatives on significant program issues. • Support the global sales and marketing efforts of MEMS AHRS products. • Prepare, negotiate and deliver commercial offers, contracts and requests for information. • Plan, coordinate and execute international projects with identified partners for new programs. • Identify and evaluate international future vendors/partners for strategic business development opportunities in reference to corporate need and market trends. • Manage all strategic new marketing initiatives and plans for MEMS Accelerometers, Rate Sensors and Hybrid Navigation Solutions for New applications including Aerospace and Manned/Un-manned systems. • Plan, coordinate and execute international projects with identified partners for new programs. • Identify and evaluate international future vendors/partners for strategic business development opportunities in reference to corporate and market needs
