Major Achievements

As Head of Operations at West Ham United Foundation, I led the initial project management phases of the redevelopment of the headquarters in Beckton, a project aimed at significantly enhancing community impact. Scheduled for completion in early 2025 (delayed due to the pandemic), this new state-of-the-art facility represents a major advancement in the mission to support and uplift the local community. The redevelopment will expand the building’s footprint threefold, allowing an increase in participant engagement from 1,000 to 2,600 people per week. This growth will enable the delivery of a wider range of youth activities, health programs, and educational services, creating a dynamic Community Hub tailored to the diverse needs of east London.
